Ter Marsch & Co wins 'Best Burger Benelux' 2021

Today, Ter Marsch & Co won the title: Best Burger Benelux for the second time in a row. Ter Marsch & Co won first prize in the 'Meat Based' category with the Mexican-inspired 'The Holy Moly hamburger'. The professional jury was unanimous that the burger from Ter Marsch & Co excelled in taste, creativity, originality, appearance and presentation.

VIVA LA MEXICO
This year, the chef of Ter Marsch & Co was inspired by the street food culture in Mexico City. The Holy Moly burger is served on a smooth brioche with a patty of Japanese Wagyu meat. The burger is topped with sweet and sour tomatilo tomato/pickle, coriander avocado mole, chorizo ??cream, lime jarritos cream, crispy rind, pica cheddar and carnitas Guajillo chili of pork belly..
